However, having a time for yourself is also important, you could try to have a coffee break once a week. Rest is important, have an ample time of sleep as often as possible. Eat healthy foods that increases your resistance such as leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid taking too much sweats, this might cause you tonsillitis and other disease that could affect your daily tasks.
